- Damaged → 35% of the container security deposit, charged to the transporter by default.
- Lost → 100% of the security deposit, charged to the customer.
- Heel shortfall → ₹850 per unit short (tolerance 2) plus a flat re-cooling charge of ₹18,000.
- Good returns move the asset back to the filling plant and free it for the next fill.
- Damaged containers land in the Repair Bay and are blocked from filling.
