How the extraction posts

  • Cryogenic liquid is pumped under its own vapour pressure into vacuum-jacketed dewars — losses are booked as boil-off.
  • Liquid routed through the vaporiser becomes gas, filled into cylinders by pressure differential up to the item max fill.
  • Each phase creates a Stock Entry (Material Transfer) from the bulk warehouse to Finished Goods.
  • Every receiving container gets an Asset Movement so the ERPNext asset location stays correct.
  • The source container stays on the shipment until the residual reaches the heel, then it is marked Emptied and returned to the carrier.
